Our Objective

Please contact us for a free evaluation that will help determine where we can provide the most value to your business.  Together we will identify an affordable plan that will meet your needs.

• Hourly, Project and Retainer rates available
• One hour minimum required for all projects
• Project rates determined by the complexity and scope of work to be performed. 
• A 40% surcharge will be added for all rush, after hours and weekend requests.
• All pricing will be agreed upon in advance unless otherwise stated.

Customer Care Retainer Plans (Please call for Pricing)

• Plan 1: 10 hours per month
• Plan 2: 20 hours per month
• Plan 3: 40 hours per month

Retainer rates are billed monthly and payable in advance.  Additional hours billed at discounted hourly rate.  Unused hours may be carried over for up to sixty (60 days).

New Client Bonus

2 complimentary hours for all new clients that sign retainer agreement

Refer-A-Friend Award Program

$25 gift card for each referral that signs retainer agreement

Payment Options
